What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us when you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or through the forms on this website: usually your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your project. If you place an order, we also need the data required for delivery, installation and invoicing.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent.

To manage orders, deliveries, installations and after-sales service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

To send you news and offers, only if you have asked for them. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions or to build profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we are dealing with your enquiry or while our business relationship continues. After that, we keep it blocked only for the periods required by law, for example six years for accounting and invoicing records.

Who we share it with

We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting, email and IT providers, and the transport or installation partners involved in your order, always under a contract that protects your data.
