Dedon. Hand-Woven Outdoor Furniture
In 1990, Bobby Dekeyser founded DEDON around a weatherproof synthetic fibre of its own, made to be woven by hand and to live outdoors through sun, salt air and rain.

Its pieces are woven by hand on Cebu, in the Philippines, where DEDON has run its own production since 2000. The brand works with designers such as Jean-Marie Massaud, Philippe Starck, Sebastian Herkner and Barber & Osgerby, creating pieces that sit between furniture and sculpture.
DEDON Materials & Craftsmanship
DEDON controls its own supply chain, from fibre to frame to finishing. Its fibres include EcoCycle Fiber, about 90% from renewable plant-based sources, and every woven piece is made by hand on Cebu. That’s the craft behind the cost.
DEDON at Outdoor Concepts
Outdoor Concepts is an authorised DEDON dealer on the Costa del Sol. We show DEDON pieces at our San Pedro de Alcántara showroom. Fabric and fibre colour samples are available. The full DEDON range can be ordered with standard lead times.

Daydream
The Daydream daybed by Richard Frinier draws from the flying carpets of One Thousand and One Nights.

Papyon
Arnd Kuchel’s Papyon draws from butterfly wings, translating their scale patterns into carefully woven DEDON Fibre on lightweight powder-coated aluminium.
