Our Projects
Outdoor projects since 2009, from private villas on the Costa del Sol to corporate headquarters and international hotels.
Every project tells a story. We work with architects, interior designers and private clients to create outdoor environments that work beautifully and last for years. Below are some of them.

We started out selling and renting outdoor cooling systems. Heating came next, then high-end heating, then the showroom. Along the way we became one of the first companies in Spain to design and install bioclimatic pergolas. Every project below taught us something we now bring to private terraces.
Mahou San Miguel HQ, Madrid
A bioclimatic pergola of 350 square metres for the Madrid headquarters of Mahou San Miguel, Spain’s leading brewer. It is heated with infrared heaters and fitted with a misting system, and it is used all year round.

St. Regis Doha, Qatar
Heating for the rooftop lounge of the St. Regis Doha, with lamp-style Kindle Living heaters.

Ocean Club Marbella
Tuuci parasols for Ocean Club Marbella, with a striped canopy in a fabric made exclusively for this project.

Villa in Cascada de Camoján: Black Platinum Heaters
Black Bromic Platinum Electric heaters (4,500 W) recessed into the ceilings of a classically designed villa. The black finish matches the window frames, the furniture and the existing lanterns. The client was so pleased that the heating was later extended to other terraces of the house.

Villa in Sierra Blanca: Dining and Lounge Areas
Six white Bromic Platinum Electric heaters (3,400 W) heat both the outdoor dining area and the lounge area of the villa.

Villa in Sierra Blanca: An Eclipse Pendant over the Table
The outdoor dining area is heated by a Bromic Eclipse pendant heater above the table, and the lounge area by two Bromic Platinum Electric heaters (3,400 W).

Villa in Cascada de Camoján: Lounge and Pergola
Bromic Platinum Electric heaters (3,400 W) heat a lounge area and a pergola, using both finishes of the heater, black and white.

Beachfront Pergola, Marbella
A beachfront project in Marbella: a Gibus bioclimatic pergola heated with four Bromic Platinum Electric heaters (3,400 W).

Private villas on the Costa del Sol
Most of our work is private, and most of it stays that way. Parasols, heating, outdoor kitchens and furniture for villas from Sotogrande to Málaga, specified for each terrace rather than chosen from a catalogue.
