Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat Electric

The Platinum Smart-Heat Electric is Bromic’s most architectural heater. Its tinted glass-ceramic front gives off almost no light, so on a terrace it reads as part of the ceiling rather than as a lamp. Mounted on a wall or a ceiling, or recessed flush into it, it all but disappears.

Specification

Outputs and finishes

Three outputs: 2.3, 3.4 and 4.5 kW, for roughly 6, 10 or 12 m² each.
Black or white, for 220–240 V.
A Marine version, in the same outputs and colours, for terraces close to the sea.

Mounting

On a wall or a ceiling with its bracket, angled towards the seating. A ceiling recess kit sets it flush into the ceiling, and a low-clearance recess kit does the same where the space above the ceiling is shallow. Under a high ceiling, the Marine version can hang from 316 stainless steel suspension tubes of 600 or 1,200 mm.

Control

With Bromic’s Affinity controllers, Platinum heaters can be grouped into zones and switched on and off or dimmed separately from the Bromic Smart-Heat app, or run from the villa’s home automation.

Where it works
