A fire feature transforms an outdoor space. The living flame extends the evening, anchors the social space, and adds something no other outdoor element can. EcoSmart Fire does this without gas connections, electrical installations, or flue requirements. A clean-burning bioethanol flame that goes anywhere a terrace needs a focal point.

Outdoor Concepts represents EcoSmart Fire, the Australian bioethanol fire brand. We supply the full EU freestanding range, with several models on display in our showroom. EcoSmart fire features come pre-assembled for outdoor use and can also work indoors where the design calls for it.

Why Bioethanol?

EcoSmart fires burn denatured bioethanol, a plant-based alcohol that burns to produce heat, water vapour and carbon dioxide. No smoke, soot or ash, and no gas connection or electricity. A fire feature can be placed on any terrace, beside any pool, within any furniture grouping, and moved whenever the layout changes.

Fire Tables: The Main Models

EcoSmart fire tables integrate a precision bioethanol burner into a furniture-grade table top, available in Concrete (Natural, Graphite, or Bone finish) and Teak Natural (oiled) finish. Wharf 65

A large, wide fire table. At 1650mm × 1000mm, the Wharf 65 makes an immediate impact on a large terrace or pool deck: a generous rectangular fire channel in a wide, low-profile format. Available in Concrete and Teak finishes. XL900 burner included. Dimensions: L 1650 × W 1000 × H 339mm.

Ark 40

A circular fire table: the most distinctive format in the EcoSmart freestanding range. The Ark 40’s round profile is a natural centrepiece for circular or informal seating, equally suited to a terrace, pool area, or garden. Available in Concrete only. AB8 burner included. Dimensions: Ø 1000 × H 339mm.

Base 40 and Base 30

The Base series offers a clean, architectural square format: a pure geometric fire table that coordinates with any outdoor furniture style. The Base 40 (1000 × 1000mm) suits larger furniture groupings; the Base 30 (776 × 776mm) is the compact version for smaller terraces and intimate settings. Both available in Concrete and Teak, with AB8 burner included.

Martini 50

A rectangular fire table in a refined, lower-profile format: the most furniture-like of the EcoSmart range. At 1270 × 762mm, the Martini 50 fits comfortably within a lounge grouping as a central coffee table with an active flame. The teak finish version integrates particularly well with teak outdoor furniture collections. Concrete and Teak finishes, AB8 burner included. Dimensions: L 1270 × W 762 × H 296mm.

Manhattan 50

The Manhattan 50 shares the Martini’s footprint (1270 × 762mm) but with a different visual character. More urban, architectural feel suited to contemporary terrace designs. Available in Concrete and Teak finishes, AB8 burner included. Dimensions: L 1270 × W 762 × H 296mm.

Cosmo 50

The Cosmo 50 is a rectangular fire table with a stepped teak surround: the most textural of the 50-series formats. The teak slat detail adds warmth and material richness alongside the flame. Available in Concrete and Teak finishes, XL900 burner included. Dimensions: L 1270 × W 762 × H 296mm.

Gin 90: Four Heights, One Format

The Gin 90 is EcoSmart’s statement format: a long, architectural fire channel at 2272mm × 1098mm, available in four height configurations. The Bar (H 1045mm) functions as a standing-height bar with fire at eye level. The Dining (H 745mm) brings fire to the dining table. The Chat (H 595mm) is lounge-height. The Low (H 345mm) sits close to the terrace surface for a dramatic low-profile effect. All four heights are available in Concrete and Teak finishes with XL900 burner included.

Mini T

The compact option: a small pedestal fire table at 330 × 330mm (H 462mm). The Mini T functions as an accent piece, side table, or secondary fire feature alongside a larger model. AB3 burner included.

Fire Bowls

EcoSmart fire bowls are freestanding, repositionable, and require no permanent installation. Available in two series: Mix and Pod, in different diameters and profiles.

Mix 850 and Mix 600

The Mix series is the most flexible format in the EcoSmart range: a shallow concrete bowl that can go anywhere on the terrace. The Mix 850 (Ø 850 × H 319mm) is the larger format suited to open entertaining areas. The Mix 600 (Ø 600 × H 229mm) is the compact version. AB8 and AB3 burners respectively.

Pod 40 and Pod 30

The Pod series offers a deeper bowl profile on a pedestal base, more enclosed than the Mix with a more focused flame. The Pod 40 (Ø 998 × H 504mm) is a substantial poolside fire feature. The Pod 30 (Ø 762 × H 351mm) is the medium format. Both with AB8 burner included.

Finishes

All concrete models are available in three finishes: Concrete Natural (warm off-white), Concrete Graphite (dark grey), and Concrete Bone (pale stone). Teak Natural (Oiled) is available on most fire tables. Warm teak slats integrate particularly well with teak outdoor furniture. Not all models are available in all finishes; the Ark 40 is available in Concrete only.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

EcoSmart freestanding fire features are pre-assembled for outdoor use. They can equally be used indoors. For interior living spaces, covered loggias, and indoor-outdoor rooms, use appropriate ventilation. If you are specifying for an indoor setting, speak with our team about the specific requirements for your space.

EcoSmart Fire Flex Fireplaces
