Outdoor Kitchens: Where Cooking and Architecture Meet
An outdoor kitchen for a Marbella villa is not a weekend project. It is a permanent installation. Built into the architecture of the terrace, expected to perform every day, and visible year-round. The specification must be right from the beginning.

Outdoor Concepts works with villa owners, architects, and landscape designers to specify outdoor kitchens that are as functional as they are beautiful. We work with Talenti’s modular TIKAL kitchen, Big Green Egg, Napoleon, BeefEater and Fulgor Milano to create spaces that handle everything from a quiet weeknight dinner to a full dinner-party service.
What Goes Into an Outdoor Kitchen
The BBQ or Grill
The heart of the kitchen. A Napoleon built-in gas grill, a Big Green Egg kamado, or both. We recommend the grill specification first. Everything else is built around it. Napoleon’s built-in models sit flush in a surround; the Big Green Egg requires a specific ceramic-safe housing. We also build in BeefEater gas barbecues and Indu+ teppanyaki plates when a project calls for them.

Worktop and Surround
The worktop must be heat-resistant, weather-proof, and easy to clean. Dekton and natural stone both work well outdoors. We coordinate the worktop with the rest of the terrace.
Modular Kitchen Units
Talenti’s TIKAL kitchen is built on a zinc-magnesium steel and aluminium structure with a high-temperature resistant coating, and has a concrete-effect porcelain stoneware worktop. It comes as two- or three-module kitchens, with peninsula or snack-counter versions, plus sideboards, tall storage cabinets and open shelves.

Sink, Refrigeration & Storage
A professional outdoor kitchen requires running water, refrigeration, and enough storage to keep everything at hand. We specify outdoor-rated sinks (stainless steel or composite), outdoor-rated refrigerators, and the cabinetry to house them. All coordinated to work together.
Shade & Overhead Structure
A kitchen area needs shade for both the cook and the food. Bromic heaters fixed to a pergola or a ceiling extend the season into the cooler months. A large-format parasol covers a standalone kitchen island. We coordinate parasol and heating specification alongside the kitchen design.
The Talenti Outdoor Kitchen System
TIKAL is Talenti’s modular outdoor kitchen: storage, worktop and integrated appliances in one run, from the Italian outdoor furniture maker. Explore Talenti Outdoor Kitchens.
Other Grill Brands
Napoleon and the Big Green Egg are not the only grills we build into outdoor kitchens. Depending on the project, how you cook and the space available, we also supply:
BeefEater
An Australian barbecue maker founded in 1985. Its built-in gas barbecues, with side burners and drawers, are made to slot into a kitchen run, and the brand also makes complete outdoor kitchen modules.

Brabura Grills
Grills designed to be fitted into a worktop: built-in gas grills with solid stainless steel burners, plancha grills and a charcoal grill, including compact sizes for smaller outdoor kitchens.
Fulgor Milano
Italian built-in gas barbecues in AISI 316 stainless steel. The burners run in line, so you can keep separate cooking zones at different temperatures, and a teppanyaki plate is included for plancha-style cooking. More on our Fulgor Milano page.

Talenti
TIKAL, Talenti’s modular outdoor kitchen, with a concrete-effect porcelain stoneware worktop.

Big Green Egg, Built In
We build the Big Green Egg kamado into a heat-resistant worktop of stone, brick or stainless steel, with ventilation around the ceramic and room alongside to prepare and serve.
