The MiniMax is the smallest Big Green Egg in the European range, made for compact terraces, small gardens, and tight outdoor spaces. The cooking area is about 855 square centimetres. Good for apartments, penthouse terraces, and small courtyards where space matters. At around 35 kg it’s not featherlight, but one person can move it. It’s built with the same ceramic durability as all EGG models.
