Restaurant Terrace Heating
On the Costa del Sol a restaurant terrace is in use for much of the year. Good heating keeps it in use after sunset and into the cooler months.
Outdoor Concepts is the official Bromic distributor for Spain and Portugal, and we supply heating for restaurant and hotel terraces as well as for villas.
Why infrared
Conventional heaters warm the air, and on an open terrace that air simply blows away. Infrared heaters warm people and surfaces directly, the way sunlight does, so they work on open and semi-covered terraces.
Heaters for commercial use
Bromic Tungsten Smart-Heat
The most powerful line, in gas and electric versions, for large terraces and covered areas. Electric models come in 2, 3, 4 and 6 kW.

Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat
Mounted on a wall or a ceiling, or flush into a pergola or soffit. The choice when the heating should not be seen.
Zone control
With Affinity controllers, heaters can be grouped into zones and switched or dimmed separately, so you heat only the tables in use.

Running costs
Electric infrared heating only runs when it is switched on and reaches full output almost immediately, with no warm-up time. With zone control and dimming, you heat the occupied part of the terrace rather than all of it.
Survey and specification
We survey the terrace, calculate the number and position of the heaters and coordinate the installation.
