Ocean Master MAX Cantilever
Shade without a mast in the middle
A cantilever parasol carries its canopy on an arm set to one side, which leaves the whole shaded area clear. Nothing between the sunbeds, nothing to work a dining table around, nothing to trip over. The trade-off is that all the load goes through one point, so the mast and the base have to be engineered for it. Tuuci runs an oval-section mast rather than a round one precisely for that reason.

These models share the marine-grade aluminium frame and the Solution Dyed Acrylic canopy.
The MAX Cantilever models

MAX Classic Cantilever
The reference model, and the one most terraces end up with. Square canopies of 2.45, 3.0, 3.65, 4.0 and 4.25 metres, or octagonal at 2.75, 3.4 and 4.0 metres. The canopy structure is polished and anodised marine-grade aluminium, extending from the oval mast.

MAX Classic Dual Cantilever
Two canopies on a single mast, covering two separate areas from one base. Useful where you would otherwise need two parasols and two anchors, and where a single run of shade would look heavy.

MAX Manta Cantilever
The canopy takes its shape from a manta ray, with sweeping lines rather than straight panels. Square canopy of 3.0 metres. The one to choose when the parasol is meant to be looked at.

MAX Cupola Cantilever
Tuuci’s two-tier structure, with a raised vent between the layers, a Sea Scallop valance and the V-MAX strut design. The raised vent lets hot air escape, which on a still August afternoon is worth more than it sounds. Square canopies of 2.45 and 3.0 metres.

MAX Zero Horizon Cantilever
A flat canopy held at zero vertical profile, so the sightline underneath stays completely clear. The choice when the terrace has a view worth protecting. Square canopy of 3.0 metres.
Tuuci also makes other cantilevers, among them a smaller one on the slimmer M1 mast and the Shade Pod, which carries up to four canopies on a single mast. They are all in the full Tuuci collection.
Specification
Marine-grade aluminium alloy frame. Solution Dyed Acrylic canopy, UV stabilised and fade resistant. Integrated LED lighting available. Canopy tilt available on the Classic Cantilever.
Finishes and canopy
Polished Titanium, six Aluma-TEAK finishes and eight powder coat colours, including Black Sea, Graphite, Espresso, Night Fog, Oyster, Sandbar, Glacier White and Silver Sand. Canopy fabrics run to more than a hundred colours across Tuuci’s four ranges: CXT, LXT, MXT and PXT.
Personalisation
Softscape printed patterns, accent borders, alternating panels, contrasting pockets, contrasting binding, double-sided canopies, tassels and fitted protective covers.
Bases and anchors
Aluma-Crete concrete anchors, G-Plate plates, stainless flush mounts for decking or concrete, security sleeves, surface anchors, and mast extensions. Cantilever models carry more load through the base than a center post, so the anchor is specified alongside the parasol rather than after it.
